Flat As A Pancake

My OB/GYN told me that I needed to give myself a birthday present this year since I will be turning 40. BINGO!! Vacation here I come! But a vacation was not what he had in mind. It's mammogram time.

This was not my first mammogram though. In 1997 I had 2 mammograms, 1 ultrasound and 1 lumpectomy. Luckily its was benign (non-cancerous).

This picture is so deceiving, my boobs aren't really as big as they look. I tell everyone that I don't have boobs, I have skin. I nursed all 3 of my children and they sucked all the boob out and left me with the skin. Good thing we have Victoria Secret! Oh, by the way, did I tell you that I am one of Victoria Secret's secrets?

The picture you are about to see below is not me. I just wanted those who have not had a mammogram before to see that it's not a big deal.
Early detection is the key to surviving cancer.
